Refund Policy for Myna App

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of premium services made through the Myna App ("the Service"), operated by MYNAA Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for purchases of premium subscriptions or individual premium services under specific circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If there is a significant technical failure in our Service that prevents you from utilizing the premium service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Incorrect Charge: If you have been erroneously charged an incorrect amount.
- Service Unavailability: If a premium service you purchased cannot be made available due to a fault on our part.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items/Situations
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Market Risks: Investments are subject to market risks. No refunds will be provided for losses incurred due to market fluctuations or poor investment performance.
- Premium Service Usage: If the premium service has been utilized or availed (e.g., if you have completed an advisory session, or accessed advanced analytics).
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase.
- Violation of Terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Partial Usage: No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial usage of monthly or annual premium plans, unless due to a technical failure on our part.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Review this Refund Policy to ensure your eligibility for a refund.
- Send an email to: myna.helpdesk@gmail.com.
- In the email, provide the following information:
- Your registered email address and phone number.
- Date and time of purchase.
- Name of the service purchased (e.g., "Monthly Premium Plan", "Market Insights Report").
- Payment ID (from the Razorpay transaction).
- Detailed reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.
- If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed via the original payment method (through Razorpay). It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Refund Amount Calculation
If a refund is issued, it may be based on the following:
- Full Refund: If the service has not been used at all and the request is due to a technical failure or incorrect charge.
- Pro-rata Refund: In some cases (at our discretion), if the premium service has been partially used, a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused period may be issued, after deduction of administrative charges.
Any applicable taxes or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We advise you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
